While enroute to the viewing for PSP Trooper and Trappe Fire Chief Branden Sisca, Engine 58 came upon a single vehicle accident on Route 422 EB in Station 51s first due. DC58 called in the crash while crews checked for injuries. The assignment was upgraded to a rescue as the occupants were unable to exit the vehicle due to down trees and brush blocking the doors. Engine 58s crew cut multiple trees and brush away from the passenger side door to allow both occupants to climb out. Station 51 personnel arrived and took care of securing the vehicle.
