President's Message

The Sanatoga Fire Company is an all-volunteer organization serving 13,500 residents and 250 businesses in an area of approximately 7.9 square miles located in Lower Pottsgrove Township.

Formed in 1908, chartered in 1909, the Sanatoga Fire Company responds with five pieces of apparatus housed at 2222 East High Street, Sanatoga PA.

The firehouse, apparatus and all equipment are owned by the fire company. The Lower Pottsgrove Township provides a portion of our operating budget. However, the majority of the funds needed to operate and maintain our organization come from community donations or are raised through fund raising events by our men and women.

The Sanatoga Fire Company has an open door policy with the community. Residents and business owners are welcome to stop by and tour the station any Monday or Thursday night between 7 and 9 PM or call for other arrangements.

Mission Statement

The Sanatoga Fire Company is a volunteer organization whose mission is to respond to fires, rescues of all types, environmental hazards, and other threats to life or property in Lower Pottsgrove Township. We also provide fire prevention education to the schools, residents, and businesses we protect.

To our members, we pledge to provide the resources needed to stay current with the latest techniques for handling emergency calls. We will provide the proper equipment to perform your duties while stressing safety at all times.

To those that we protect, we pledge to respond 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to your calls for help. We will provide fire prevention education to all, young and old.

To the Lower Pottsgrove Township officials, we pledge to provide fire, rescue, and hazard response for our community to the best of our ability.

Vision

The vision of the Sanatoga Fire Company is to be known as an organization staffed with kind, caring, competent members whose pledge it is to maintain a company that will keep abreast with the ever changing methods needed to perform our duties.
